Hayabusa bbw ii turbo bike project
Here is some pictures for a start.
The exhaust header are made of steel and tubes after turbo from stainless steel.
Turbo : T3/T4
Waste Gate : 32mm
Turbo has been ported for more flow.
Will have second waste-gate (room for it has been reserved!)
Water radiator can be moved closer to the engine ! (from bottom 2cm and top up to 4 cm)
Still will have stock oil radiator option

Welding is done with ''Digi'' Welding.
Lot's of job is done for this little !!! It took 7 days to complite only this !

Here are some pictures of process making new custom fairings.
Didn't want to display the pictures before then new farings are ready but Jari don't leave me alone untill i have displayd it.
Why i dont wanted to display the pictures before ?! Because only the idea to make your self farings sound idiocy and go's to category where idiots don't have nothing to do and think new stupid things out =P
Why i need my own farings and don't use aftermarket farings what are on sale ? Easy answer. Didn't find anything what i liked and all farings what where on sale i need to modify anyway and make new ones from them . So i make better from zero completely new farings.
This is only a model from what i take form and will make racing farings from special nano tehnology carbon fiber what looked very seky. Using the carbon only because of the look
The forms will be made so i can make lot's of farings because few of my friends want it to The farings will be okey for street using and you can use the rear seat to and they will bolt on stock bike. Only because of the side farings you must use sidewinder or turbo. The farings are okey for 2 inch billet low profile sump or dry sump.
The front is longer by 2 inches
The rear plastis is longer by 6 inches
the buttom is cut off by 2 inches.
The side farings are longer to the back by 5 inches.
The tank is custom made .
Anyway Here are the pictures and little info.
The blade is heated up so i could make nice clean cut.
The front fender is made so the wind won't go under the fender. It's lower then the center of wheel.

Haven't done bike for long time now. Buyd extra 12kg filler and started everything new. Didnt like something in old disain and wanted to change little and thinked easyer is start everything new. Allready it looks much much better then before. Speacialy the rear fairing :p
