Thanks,i must take me time to check it,tank you for the tips hope it's help. One more thing can it be the airbox mods. Consistently hesitating from 1150--1175 rpm up to just under 3000 rpm

Poor running under 2500rpm? Does it idle......YES. And ower 3000rpm it'S RUN GOOD,and i have test the bike in MC Xpress on the MPJ 2000 dyno and the power is Max hp 175.28 on the wheel and Max Nm 153.76

Thanks for the answer and tips,yes it started after the mods,but it was a little before. Disconnect PC or any extras you have...........done
2) Check TPS settings,.........done
3) Synchronize throttle bodies,........done
4) disconnect each coil if one cylinder drops more than others, that may be ...

-99 busa low rpm miss 1500--2500 rpm,try everyting but not powercommander.mods,full exhaust system HMF,small airbox mod, kn filter,remove pair,tremod,change fuel filter 3 times. any tips.
